Fluorescent labelling of Tus protein
Final concentration of Tus is 10 uM, Sortase is 125 nM, and GG-Fluor is 500 uM. * Sortase is 20-fold diluted from stock
The reaction was made up as above and incubated at room temperature overnight
Fluorescent labelling of Tus protein
Tus-LPETGG-His6~30 uM | Sortase | GG-Fluor (10 mM) | Sortase buffer | Product |
50 | 3* | 7.5 | 91 | Product of ligation of GG-Fluor to Tus |
Final concentration of Tus is 10 uM, Sortase is 125 nM, and GG-Fluor is 500 uM. * Sortase is 20-fold diluted from stock
The reaction was made up as above and incubated at room temperature overnight
